1/The law requires a judicial warrant based on probable cause signed by a judge to enter a home or private area in a biz (not an administrative one signed by an “immigration authority” ie a DHS employee). This is clearly unlawful conduct. ICE can’t change the law just because it doesn’t like it.

Nasra Ahmed, a 23-year-old US citizen, was arrested and detained by ICE. She was held for TWO DAYS.

When we were in Scotland last summer, I lost my three year old for about five minutes when he wandered away. I spent those minutes screaming for him, terrified he’d fallen into a pond or tripped and gotten hurt. I still have nightmares about that possibility.
