In case anyone else saw this and got scared, 80% of this post is misinterpreted law and massive fear mongering. The AI training thing is real tho, so you should definitely leave twitter, but the rest of this is completely normal legal stuff that gets misinterpreted every year by non-lawyers.

I swear the second half of Kill Bill is cursed for me in regards to theatrical viewings. There’s always that ONE GUY who has to be an ass, belching, talking, checking his phone with max brightness… ugh.

I'd like to ad that many of your local rescue shelters wave adoption fees during the holidays! Please adopt your dogs and cats so they dont end up in the kill shelters 🙏
Oh yeah most definitely adopt dont shop folks. Even the most "ethical" breeders are contributing to a culture of disease and corruption in the animal world.
Rescue a dog from a shelter/rescue, it's less expensive and you get a healthier pet anyway!

Amir, did you adopt??? I still love that you are a pet parent either way and I'm glad this little dude has a loving home no matter how he got there, but as a shelter volunteer, if you adopted, it would rock if you could spread the word on it!

Using a VAs voice in AI “song covers”, or for any other non-consensual use, is not a compliment. It’s not an homage. It’s fucking disgusting. Trust me when I say that there isn’t a single VA I can think of that doesn’t absolutely despise that. No true fan would do that.

We really need to double down on outwardly stating our work does not contain AI.
We're seeing it in movie credits and books, we have to start putting it on things we make and pressuring others to label their work as human made, and normalize that as much as we can, I think.
