The 80,000 Somali-Americans in our state work in our schools, care for our seniors, and serve our community. As a former prosecutor, I’ve strongly supported prosecuting the fraud cases, but the President has chosen to call 80,000 Somali-Americans “garbage.” These hateful attacks must stop.

The worst part about the boat strikes - regardless of who ordered what and besides the ultimate tragedy of lives lost - is they’re forever a stain on the professionalism and dignity of the United States military.

I just called my 2 Republican state senators & requested that Pete Hegseth be removed from office. Hegseth had the audacity to threaten Senator Mark Kelly with a court martial because he spoke the TRUTH. No member of the military should follow an illegal order.
