Dr. Topol, the editorial irresponsibly dismissed masks & air cleaning, which added nothing to their aim.
Of course it's urgent to find treatments for LC, but it was absurd for them to reject reducing transmission. Plenty of evidence supports air cleaning and mask use.

After 5 years of seeing people suffer with #LongCovid, this meta-analysis of 51 small randomized trials is very sobering. Essentially there is nothing, no clear validated treatment, and I don't agree with their conclusions and emphasis.
