About once a year, I have to look up Cotard's delusion and Capgras syndrome because I always forget which is which.
I also have a sneaking "Mandela effect"-esque suspicion that the definitions keep switching every time I forget and have to look them up again.

In another lifetime, I was studying speech-language pathology, and one of my fellow students had an unusual accent for an American. In one conversation, she noticed I paused and was silently mouthing an [ɒ]-like vowel she'd just used, and she said, "Hey, stop that! Stop analyzing my vowels!"
Oh no! Both your conversation partners have delightful accents and now you have to resist the urge to repeat and analyse their vowels
