Have any legal experts made any predictions about what a "trial" of a foreign head of state charged with non-crimes far beyond the very broadest interpretations of US jurisdiction would even look like?
Like surely the list of reasons this would be thrown out is longer than the indictment itself?

Perhaps now people will stop wishcasting about the US military refusing illegal orders. That's not a thing that happens. The 100% compliance rate with using civilian boats for target practice was a bit of a tell.

I find it very sad how hard it is for me to enjoy still live paintings because a lot of it is showing off their incredible skill but it's hard for me to know how difficult the various feats are
