Aside from the utter fecklessness of the White House Press Corp, I still continue to be shocked at how vicious the backlash to #MeToo has been. The men on the right seem astoundingly angry at the very idea that they don't have the right to control, criticize, molest, and abuse women.
"Quiet, Piggy" reactions from yours truly:

1. Soft misogyny in public is a tell for hard misogyny in private.

2. Not a single male reporter clapped back at Trump's "quiet piggy" comment.

3. I've seen no main page coverage from the biggest outlets. Absolutely part of the problem.

A reminder that seven years ago almost to the day, the CIA determined that Mohammed Bin Salman ordered the killing of @washingtonpost.com journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

I hired and worked with Jamal for a year.

I don't know why the "Piggy" thing is bothering me so much. It's one more unforgivable thing in a list of 20,000 unforgivable things, but I've been mad about it for like 12 straight hours.

Good story on the records of those taken during the Chicago raids. Contrary to the administration's claims, few had records or reasons to be arrested.

I know it's not surprising to many of us, but it's important that this type of in depth reporting is done so it's on the record.

The information contradicts the Trump administration's narrative that it is targeting the "worst of the worst" when conducting immigration enforcement. and seems to violate a 2022 federal consent decree that puts strong conditions on warrantless arrests. n.pr/4i6rNLX

Someone want to tell Mikey here that 86% of all SNAP benefits go to households that include a child, an elderly person, or a person with disabilities?

Or that almost 40% of SNAP recipients are children?

And that Whites account for 37% of SNAP recipients?

Also and again, Republicans in Congress are fine with this.

(Not only that, it’s like 15 minutes worth of pay for the uniformed force)
Can't let this become normal. Only Congress can appropriate money. Nothing could be more clear.

Saudi Arabia invested $2B in Kushner's firm. Trump sold them $142B in arms.

If this isn't corruption, what is?
