In the wake of what Judge Dugan did (100% legal), now is a good time for everyone to know what she knows:

An immigration or administrative warrant is *not* a judicial warrant. You are not obliged to obey it. Indeed, you can let the person out the back door. docs.google.com/presentation...

This is what scares me. The weapons grade tsunami of #CdnDisinfo & propaganda unleashed against #MarkCarney, from 🇷🇺🇨🇳🇺🇸🇮🇳, has been an attack on 🇨🇦’s democracy, without most people even realizing it.
Constant talk of MC winning, may make people complacent & think they don’t have to vote. #StopPoilievre
My neighbours in Ontario and also some family living in Alberta believe every word out of Poilievre's mouth. There is no way to have a rational conversation with them.

Amid the election noise I missed this:

Rachel posted this a day a go, it hit r/Fauxmoi and since then Jamroz appears to have stepped down from ROM already.

We have got to make it unpalatable for anyone to be part of this travesty.
SCOOP: THE CANADIAN TIE TO TRUMP'S EL SALVADOR MASS DEPORTATIONS

As it turns out, someone with significant ties to Canada — to our biggest museum, our 150th anniversary celebration, and more — is a top dog at the company behind the El Salvador deportation planes.

This country is becoming unrecognizable. What we’re seeing is state-funded fear. We’ve warned people: keep filming, go live on social media so these moments are documented and shared. This wasn’t a case involving masked ICE agents—but that’s happening too.

I am once again begging people to realize that the law is words on paper and is not self executing.

"That's illegal" is not and has never been synonymous with "that's impossible" or "that can't be done."

"That's illegal" means "you might get in trouble for that depending on who you are."

Stick a fork in the rule of law; she done.
The U.S. says it doesn’t have the power to return Abrego Garcia.

El Salvador also says it doesn’t have the power to return Abrego Garcia.

It’s obvious bullshit and depraved to the core.
Pam Bondi: “That’s up to El Salvador if they want to return him…If they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.”

Nayib Bukele: “How can I return him to the U.S.? Like, I smuggle him into the U.S.?”

No, you put him on the plane the AG just said the US would provide!

It's simple. The NDP are the only party that can beat Aaron Gunn and the CPC in our riding. Tell your friends.

“What did they expect?” is kind of a misleading question.

The people who supported them didn’t expect something very specific. They expected to own the libs. They expected people they resented to suffer. The expected the world to burn. It wasn’t about specifics.

Don’t forget bigoted, too.
CPC star candidate Aaron Gunn praising Putin. Reform founder Preston Manning saying the west should separate if the LPC wins. BC MLA David Williams posting that we should become a US ‘protectorate.’
And that’s just today’s news.
Canadian conservatism has become a movement of treasonous traitors.

Cory Booker about to explain his favourite Severance season 3 theory any moment now. Or maybe Choreography and Merriment will take to the Senate floor.
I’ve taken the Senate floor and will speak for as long as I’m physically able to lift the voices of Americans who are being harmed and not being heard in this moment of crisis. Watch here:

People have been talking for years about the 4 chan to mainstream culture pipeline and this is what was always going to be the end state.
Are all government accounts on X just troll accounts now?

This is from the official House Foreign Affairs Committee—the same committee responsible for foreign aid, global HIV/AIDS policy, security assistance, and national security. This is how they choose to represent themselves.

Canada should be rolling out the red carpet for all the scientists and academics who need to flee …
I received a heartbreaking email today: A paper in a special issue I’m editing is being retracted because one of its authors is afraid of losing their job and their legal status in the U.S. if they publish a scientific study on evolution. Yes, on evolution, nature's engine of diversity.
