OPM's post-shutdown guidance is out! Some takeaways:
- All federal employees to receive back pay
- Shutdown-related RIFs to be rescinded (as required by CR)

An undocumented alien "weaponized his vehicle" & rammed officers, DHS says. The alien was shot & one law enforcement officer hit in hand with a ricochet bullet. Both currently in the hospital
