Bad news: avian flu virus can survive in some raw milk cheeses for up to 120 days (FDA requires raw milk cheese be aged for 60 days)
Good news: you're not likely to come across raw milk cheese unless you're shopping in the specialty cheese section 🤑 and raw milk cheese must be labeled as such
