I've had to delete and redownload Word 3 times in the last year! I wish they would redirect whatever they're doing with copilot to making their tools work correctly. Word is my personal enemy.

More good news: Acidic cheeses, such as feta, seemed to kill the virus in this study.

As always, remember that pasteurized milk/milk products are the safest. You're 840 times more likely to have a negative health event when consuming raw milk!

I would be interested to see how they measured this, but I can’t read the article. The EPA estimates that cattle account for 3% of total US GHG emissions. I think we can and should do better, but I am extremely skeptical that US cattle GHG could come close to fossil fuel GHG by any measure.
