Seriously, creative folks: Don't be afraid to let people know your stuff is out there for them, or worry that "now is not the time for that." People are stressed and freaked out and looking for the things that will give them a moment of rest and joy. It is EXACTLY the time for what we do. Tell them.

I was thinking I just didn’t have much to say but then realized the stress of the moment is causing me to go nonverbal—because I have a lot to say but am having a much harder than usual time communicating it, even in text form.

Autism, while listed in the DSM as a disorder, is better explained as a neurotype comprised of a constellation of traits that diverge from what is currently considered typical. The defining traits are not disordered by nature but pose challenges when attempting to meet expectations of peers.

I just read that they’re removing PREA from inmates (which includes anyone), and also moving transfems to men’s prisons…
I think I might have to watch a video on reasons not to KMS bc they clearly want that.
