I think it’s interesting when people are trying to shame me into complying with their micro aggressions but then realize I’m not helpless or oblivious and then they get mad.

I think people have this assumption that niceness is for your benefit and not their’s. So they don’t reciprocate it unless they are getting something.

I think, just be nice, and it will bring people toward you who actually want people like you as friends. It’s the easier approach imo.
