Ich halte die Idee, man müsse die verfassungsfeindliche AfD "politisch" schlagen, für Murks. Eine Prüfung des Verbots durch das Verfassungsgericht erscheint notwendig und dieses explizit hierfür geschmiedete juristische Schwert unangetastet zu lassen eine seltene historische Fahrlässigheit.

MAGA aren't republican, they are pro-monarchy, pro-oligarchy, and pro-autocracy. Supporting corruption and removing power from the people to concentrate it in the hands of a few wealthy and corporate entities and individuals is the opposite of republicanism. They are regressives.

So glad this excellent piece is on our pages. Input targets are terrible in almost all cases, the defence spending one in particular has worked badly.
While no one disputes that Europe needs to do more for its defence, the focus on defence spending percentage of GDP won’t get us there. Indeed, making Europeans commit to an arbitrary spending target is the best way to keep Europe from reaching strategic autonomy.

One reason the Epstein files are so politically dangerous for Donald Trump is that alongside the powerful hold that conspiracy beliefs hold over people this particular case reminds people that Trump may have ridden the tiger of grievance to power but he ultimately is a rich New York elite.
