Oregon elected officials, community organizations, unions and other groups are urging President Donald Trump not to send federal troops to Portland, warning that such an action would ultimately harm the city’s economy and communities.
Over 100 Oregon leaders call on Trump to withdraw plans to send troops to Portland
In an open letter published Sunday, local and state leaders say the presence of federal troops will undermine years of work aimed at revitalizing Portland.

As of 2pm today - less than 6 hours after receiving formal notice that the President had federalized Oregon’s National Guard in Portland - we filed a lawsuit.
The president has overstepped his authority.

Important to watch! Great lesson, don’t open door or window, don’t fall for the Good Cop/Bad Cop routine. (ICE are not police, they shouldn’t have police patches)
6/21, Los Angeles: A neighborhood volunteer documenting ICE was stopped by agents in an unmarked car, surrounded, and threatened by masked agents while they filmed him on their phones.

UPDATE: Nick is in good spirits and recovering in hospital. The doctor told me the injury was so bad that they treated it as if it were a gunshot wound. Part of a stun grenade traveled deep into the tissue and was only visible by a cat scan. He sends his love and appreciation for all the support.
