I wouldn’t.
I think he’s having a career year and in a few years, when Montreal is ready to contend, that either Beck or Kappanen can become a Jake Evans anyways.
In addition, the return he will fetch should be good. A RC who can play good D, score and is paid little is valuable at the deadline.

I am not suggesting that changing the 12th forward will turn the club into at .667 team. What I'm suggesting is that there is no discernible reason why the club's second-most competitive forward sits 13 straight games when the club is sitting in 31st place.
Montreal's win percentage without extra forward Michael Pezzetta in the lineup is 36 percent. Montreal's win percentage with him dressed is 67 percent. Maybe it's time to dress the extra forward again.
