Gotta feel for Montembeault. He was incredible as the Canadiens ran out of gas in the 3rd and OT. Nice point earned.

Yeah the Chargers offensive line is in shambles and melted down when New England knew they had to pass, but you can't excuse how bad Herbert was independent of that. He was not good at any point in this game. Every playoff game has been a different type of disaster for him.

What a batshit game to begin the new year. Solid win on the road against a quality opponent. And in regulation! That doesn't happen often. Hope Matheson is OK, they're gonna need him.

all these comebacks are useful for instilling confidence in them as a young team. seattle and nashville early in the season, the botched (refs) edmonton one, the semi-botched tampa one two nights ago, tonight in florida... they're learning to trust that they can make it happen.

That was an incredible win from the Canadiens. I was just telling Amanda, who doesn’t watch or care about hockey: this team is good. They aren’t there yet, but possess a lot of the qualities you look for in a championship team. It’s been so fun to follow the rebuild. Happy New Year!
