Even in games like Sniper Elite it's extremely unusual to shoot at targets farther than 400 meters away. FPS games, even games marketed as mil-sim, are basically handing the player a paintball gun cosplaying as a real firearm.

There are very, VERY few people who are equipped to talk about this shooter correctly given the brainrot written on the shell casing. You have to understand so much of online culture to get it and also understand how that culture is both connected to and separate from real world ideological spaces

I don't think trauma necessarily needs to be sympathized with. I'm talking about the trauma that can occur when you have hurt others or caused them trauma. That guilt and shame, those feelings of revulsion towards yourself? That's a form of trauma, and rehabilitation requires healing from it too.

I know for a fact my education as a child was heavily propagandized because I wasn't taught that America lost the Vietnam War.

I won't speak for women but I loathe how sexual attraction is framed for men as something that must be acted upon, and that reciprocation is the only way to manage those feelings, or else it becomes unrequited, or suppressed to the point of resentment.
