Ive never had a cig smoker randonly come by me and spark it. I HAVE had weed smokers funk up the spot especially at festivals or concerts.

My grandfather had stage 4 cancer on his pancreas, liver, and lungs - and only found out because he went to the ER and they did an unrelated scan on an unrelated injury to his midsection, and realized he was riddled with cancer

I’m sorry to scare everyone but yes it is totally possible for someone to be walking around with stage 4 cancer, to have had many blood tests, and to not know until a doctor sees it on a scan.
