Considering the US hasn't delivered a dime's worth of equipment to Ukraine for several months (and likely won't as long as the US is run by fascist traitors), restrictions on ATACMS won't have a huge impact.

What's the deal with these "national strikes"?
Do you realize that for a proper national strike to actually work, you need a functioning system of unions in which a sufficient number of people and businesses (and the government) are involved? The US does not have this.

This is a desperate attempt by the US to save Russia from collapsing on the frontline.
Being prepared for it means that mostly we can offset the lack of arms and munitions.
The only real problem are the Patriot PAC-3 missiles.
