Every year on the last Saturday of November, Ukraine honors victims of the Holodomor.

The Holodomor refers to 3 artificial famines orchestrated by the Soviet regime in 1921–1923, 1932–1933, and 1946–1947.

Do you know how Ukraine groans in silent pain?
How many tears the earth keeps hiding deep within?
So many people, wounded by the war again,
Each day find strength to live through all this grief.

Today’s news first made me angry, then came apathy, a kind of helplessness, and then I cried.
I’ve been crying a lot these past few days. I couldn’t do anything.

Now it’s almost two in the morning and I’m working — only now I’ve more or less managed to pull myself together.

I am torn with anger and disappointment.

We are simply trying to survive under daily attacks, but the conditions are imposed not on Russia, which attacked, but on us.

This is absurd

Pressuring Russia, the country that started this war? No.

Pressuring Ukraine, which is fighting for its survival? Yes.

We are human and we are in pain
Yesterday in Ternopil, Russians killed many people. Entire families died, children died.

And when I hear things like this — talk about some kind of “cultural exchange” — I am simply at a loss for words. What “Russian culture”? It is a culture of killers, a culture of destruction and hatred.

In Ternopil, among the ruins of a nine-story building, rescuers saved a parrot — the bird miraculously survived.

Just think about it — Russia could receive amnesty for the war crimes it has committed.

Do not let this happen!

We all understand the consequences.

Today I spent the whole day hugging and kissing my children. It felt like my body was trying to cope with stress and fear in the only way it could. I just needed to feel: here they are, my children, they’re close, everything is fine.

Today I spent the whole day holding my children. I wanted them to feel that I am here and that they are safe. The fear for your children is the worst fear.

Today a Russian missile took so many lives. It hurts so much that I don’t know how to cope with it.

So once again, they’re trying to force us into a so-called peace on unfavorable terms. In simple words, they want us to capitulate — to give up our territories and accept all of Russia’s conditions.

Thanks, we’ve heard this before.

It was a deliberate Russian strike on a residential building in Ternopil.

On civilians. On families. On children.

Ukraine is blееding again.
Today Russia attacked Ternopil. 19 people diеd. 66 іnjured. 16 of them are children.

Please don’t stay silent.
Tell the world .

In Ternopil, 9 people dіеd, dozens were injured. There may still be people under the rubble.
And as long as Russia remains unpunished, as long as the world allows it to avoid responsibility, it will continue to kіІІ.

Morning… Children are getting ready for school, someone is rushing to work, someone is finishing their coffee.

And suddenly a Russian missile ends someone’s morning forever.

Today — the city of Ternopil. Another civilian home.
I will write: world, do not stay silent!
But will the world hear us?

Just some thoughts.
Solomiya was born during the war. She is still so little and doesn’t understand why the world around her sometimes freezes when the sirens start. For her, this is simply part of the reality she is growing up in.1/2

When I wrote that we can be without electricity for many hours, I received a lot of comments like: “How can you have no power but still have internet?”

Let me explain. First of all, we all have mobile internet on our phones.1/2
