I want to share my feelings about how darkness affects the psychological state of both adults and children. We adults are better at controlling our emotions, but even for us, spending time in darkness doesn’t pass without a trace:sense of oppression appears,along with apathy and inner exhaustion1/2

A little bit of the work process.
Even though there’s no electricity right now, we had four hours earlier, enough to warm up the apartment and get some work done with the lights on. I’m very grateful.
