If I had a nickel for every time a trans woman I knew pulled the “my mom’s dead” card in response to a your mom joke I’d have 10 cents. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.

I need to celebrate for a minute. I’m so proud of myself. I’ve been working on my mental and physical health and it’s making a noticeable difference now. I actually can motivate myself, for like the first time ever. Without external pressure I can still do things I need to do.
