The only time I regret being single & not having help is when I'm sick. I also hate how doctors give you directions like there's an army at home to take care of everything. Instead, I martial my energy to do chores in chunks between pain pills & collapsing in tears.

I'm so sick of gun violence in this country. When are we going to stop treating guns like sacred relics to be venerated & treating them like what they are, tools for killing? At the very least treat them like cars. Require training, licenses, registration & insurance.

I went to college in Minnesota & started my career, such as it is, in Minneapolis. Like any place, it has its good & bad bits, but how it welcomed the Somali community is definitely one of the pluses. Let's face it, like every other immigrant group he's targeted it's racism, not a real gripe.

As someone who had an MRI last week, they make you repeat back to the tech what part of the body & why. So he's lying or he's not fit to be President. But God forbid the press suggest that, he might not return their calls & that's why they had to tank Biden.

Look, until my ancestors popped across the Atlantic, they were just hanging out in the British Isles & Scandinavia, so I don't do spice, but for the love of God where's the salt, pepper, or cheese! Is that just plain pasta??? This is a crime against food, taste buds, & humanity. Where is the cheese?

Just saw a story on NBC Nightly News about people approaching bears in TN, wolves in Yellowstone, & feeding squirrels until they're aggressive in San Francisco. If any of these animals eats a person, I side with the animal. Wildlife should not suffer because humans have the brain power of a turnip.

Are people really talking about pirating books? These are the same people that then complain when an author they love quits writing. Even though it's bad for my budget, I buy books new when I can, used when out of print. I know everyone can't, but that's what libraries are for. Support the arts!

It's official I'm DNF a NR book. Maybe if I wasn't feeling poorly I'd push through, but life is short & I need something that'll distract me from my back pain.

My escape is normally books, but to do that, they have to be good. Reading 3rd book in a trilogy. 1 good, 2 filler, 3 clearly there wasn't enough story for a trilogy & I'm bored to tears as the characters repeat points over & over. Where's the editor? I paid for hc & it's about to be DNF.
