Holy moly: The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope construction is completed! That's fantastic news — much needed right now — and I am very much looking forward to when this beast launches. It has 100X the field of view of Hubble.

One. Hundred. *At the same resolution*.

If you’re a Washington Spirit fan, there’s bad news from tonight’s CONCACAF game against Monterrey: Trinity Rodman went down hard and had to come off the field on crutches. Hoping it’s not too serious, but she looked like she was in lots of pain.

I bet it's been a while since you've had your mind vaporized by a JWST image so here's one of a cluster of galaxies so immense it's visibly warping space.

Bonus: I explain what you're seeing! Because that's kinda my thing!

I’m going to pull my teeth out if the left tears itself apart over whether Pete or AOC would be a better candidate while Trump dismantles every single check on his power.

Let’s have the debate while deep down adoring both of them as insanely smart, principled politicians that we are lucky to have.
