Doing more digging on the list dumps I’ve been able to find of this and yeah the “leak” angle here is complete bullshit. It’s a scrape of anybody that has had ICE, Border Patrol, FBI in their linkedin profiles combined with a dump of Brady List databases.
Someone inside DHS leaked the names of 4,500 ICE and CBP officers to a nonprofit that tracks ICE. About 80 percent of those name are active.

Genuinely nothing in the last year has made me feel as insane as the weeks-long CSAM cascade from Twitter that seemingly no one at any level of power seems interested in stopping.
Twitter is the world’s largest generator of CSAM & non-consensual porn by a margin of about 8000%, and somehow… MSM isn’t even reporting on it.
