Also, I saw someone call SEED-dislikers "tourists" one time, like SEED wasn't one of the most commercially successful and widely viewed series in the entire Gundam canon lol.
I haven't watched Gundam SEED yet, but every time I see a discussion about it, I always get wind of it from SEED fans wildly overreacting to someone not liking it.

This trichotomy seems muddled, because what is contained inside neutral as a category exactly? How many people answered neutral because like... one is inherently neutral towards other humans until given a reason otherwise, no? I actually think positive-negative might have been more useful here.

Just to make clear from the jump. Even if Gen AI were in any way useful or anything remotely resembling the hyperbolic claims of its biggest proponents (it isn't at all), any game dev is within their right to fight it on the basis of protecting their livelihood.
