People should be able to take a test to raise the BAC they're allowed to drive with.
They'd have to do yearly tests to ensure they still have the same tolerance, but society could totally accommodate that.

I'm mostly against authoritarianism but I found out China has a law that says TV dramas MUST finish in 40 episodes. So awesome.
If we had that, halfway through season 2 of Lost a chinese commando would have just kicked down the door and shot JJ Abrams dead. He had enough time to explain that shit.

Odd strawman here. The call isn't to end the ability to enforce an ingredients list, it's to limit what the ingredients can be.
Tangentially, I think many would make the argument that dirt and tree bark are bad in a very different way than preservative chemicals are.

We are living in one of the few times in human history where you can buy a loaf of bread and if it says it’s made with wheat flour and salt and yeast and water and nothing else, it’s probably made from just those ingredients, and some people want to END this.
