any federal employee who is let go under these circumstances would probably want to immediately apply for UCFE (Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees)

fact sheet from DOL that details eligibility and how to apply for it:

- racist DOGE guy (redundant) canned
- federal judge upholds birthright citizenship
- another judge blocks voluntary resignation
- NY state going to court over treasury business
- patel put on ice for at least a week

A president’s executive order cannot undo a law or a Supreme Court decision, let alone a provision of the Constitution. Forget that and you do have a dictatorship on day one.
