I think one of the best ADHD tips I got was the “5 minutes sprint cleaning”.
Put a ~5-minute long song and sprint clean a room for the entire length of the song only.
It is not overwhelming, you clean what you can, only 5 minutes, and it’s surprising how much you can clean in 5 minutes!

Used mine for the first time this weekend, and I was on a call with a doctor and had my prescription all within 15 minutes! It was completely free versus the $75 I would’ve spent at Urgent care!
