Petition to Save the Owls
The petition calls on the City of Berkeley to approve a fence that gives the owls more security. This project will not cost the City money. The Chavez Park Conservancy will pay for the materials and volunteers will do the work.

Erin is not exaggerating. Don't try to put lilies someplace "safe" like on a high shelf or on top of the fridge, just don't bring them in your home at all. Tell everyone, especially since the Easter lilies are coming soon, too. www.fda.gov/animal-veter....
It's almost Valentine's Day so it's my yearly reminder that lilies are DEADLY to cats. Every single part of the lily. Even the tiniest sniff of pollen will send a cat into kidney failure within an hour. Lilies are a death sentence. If you have cats DO NOT have lilies in your home!
