I won’t be able to attend the counter-protest against out-of-touch boomers thinking they have a say in how other people live their lives or love their bodies.
All I want to say is that trans rights are human rights, and all trans, queer or NB people are safe with me. Sending love and peace today ♥️

Just spotty showers (more likely NB) & patchy drizzle today. Bands of downpours (risk thunder) develop Thursday. Friday is a good travel/prep day (not Sat!).
Lee moves to near the SW tip NS Sat then gradually weakens Sunday. Heaviest rain/strongest winds within 100km storm centre

Showers/drizzle over E half Maritimes continue slowly east; clearing develops behind. Warm humid air: late day thunderstorm risk W NB today; N NB Friday & further south on weekend. Sea fog forming.
Hurricane Lee: Long range models suggest an Atlantic Canada threat late next week.

Increasing high cloud today; showers first in N NB this aftn then moving in from the Atlantic tonight.
Passing tropical downpours & risk thunderstorms Wednesday: widespread 30-60mm but there are almost always extreme rainfall surprises in tropical moisture.
Fine long weekend :-)

Breaking News - the apple remote was hiding in a wicker basket under playing cards and I finally located it. Now the big black shiny thing in my living room is a source of entertainment instead of frustration. 🫠

Passing on Franklin sounds good to me. Thank you Jim!
A significant band of rain at times heavy crossing the Maritimes: arrives my place ~8am. Gradual clearing Sunday; first in NB, last in CB.
"Franklin" will pass well south of Maritimes; some tropical rain likely on Wednesday then a fine stretch... even thru long weekend?

First time trying a chicken, cranberry & brie pie from Humble Pie on King St in Dartmouth. The crust is flaky and the filling is delicious = 12/10. See you there #halisky friends.
