Amb. Hiroshi Ōshima spoke meticulous German & was beloved by top Nazis. They gave him an intricate tour of the Atlantic Wall defenses in Normandy. His cables home to Tokyo contained incredibly granular details about German defenses which US codebreakers gobbled up. He saved countless Allied lives.😂
