Hey gang, been trying to have more empathy for myself, and I realized that I don't really think that exiling myself from social media is a great way to do it. The past year has been a heck of a lot, and I don't think that I've been particularly "stable" through it. 1/2

It's become more and more clear to me that I am abusive. I don't want to be, but I think my intent only matters so much at the end of the day. I don't want to hurt people and I've broken so many promises and boundaries already. I am truly sorry for all I've been. 1/2
