I really think the republican gerrymandering is going to backfire. They're pushing their margins too thin while at the same time destroying support from entire voting blocks. Latinos for Trump was a huge base of support in a lot of red states.

This is a great point. California is the world's fifth largest economy, a strike there is worth the same as a strike in half the rest of the country.
