Thames Water was fined £18.2m on 19 Dec 2024 by OFWAT for violating dividend payment rules.

It hasn't paid the fine.

The Minister says TW "has until 20 August 2025 to pay the fine.".

TW has over 187 criminal convictions, allowed to negotiate fines.
