Watching Hell’s Kitchen again, I get why Gordon Ramsey is so pissed off. I, too, would be pissed off if someone came into my top of the line high quality kitchen - knowing full well the environment is high stress and very fast - and tried to serve raw meat or raw flour to the customers

This is gonna sound weird, but my philosophy on eating animals comes from a perspective where I am completely fine if animals eat me. I have a disproportionately high ground on the food chain, but I won’t be upset if I end up becoming free game if something were to happen
