this court says that allowing EPA to regulate carbon emissions is a "major question" that demands congressional debate. but allowing the president to, with a flick of the wrist, end a straightforward constitutional right is something that must be allowed to stand?

The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

Trump has already been enjoined by courts in his second term more than Biden was in his entire term. It’s not the courts. It’s the illegality.

First they introduced Americans to the idea of doubting the press. Then they convinced millions to doubt our free and fair elections. Now they introduce doubt in the courts. With the rest of the exec branch whittled away and universities scared into silence, only their truth will remain. Resist ✊🏽✊🏽

On Kremlin TV, Putin intimate Solov'yov says Russia so encouraged by Trump taking their side no longer see need for ceasefire.

"No, there won’t be any ceasefire. Our idea of peace is everything happening as we see fit”

Then plays a clip of Vance slamming Ukraine.

Vance is "our man" he says.

@noaa.gov had a wonderful site where you could visualize and download these data, and now it's just gone. These data belong to us and we should not let this happen!
