I don't understand why DOJ would not just drop the charges on the two others - they were minor aiders in the scheme, not decision-makers.
DOJ says AG Garland doesn’t intend to release Jack Smith’s report about the documents inquiry until all legal proceedings have ended against two co-defendants charged along with Mr. Trump.

For the love of Mike would law review authors stop italicizing key words. Italics are no substitute for argument. They do not improve the reader experience. They're just self indulgent.
