This is a chilling development but as many have eloquently stated, DEI per se is not illegal. Rather than fighting that legal battle which would surely fail, they are using fear tactics to discourage progressive education and inclusive practices that ensure all students feel welcome.
Creating snitch lines where citizens can report one another for wrong-think is totalitarian stuff reminiscent of the Gestapo and Stasi.
