So if we now have to sue to stop unconstitutional actions and primarily blue states will join in the class actions, won’t red states be worse off? Short-term, it’s awful for everyone but long-term, this ruling disproportionately takes rights away from his own supporters

If Trump gets us into a war over Greenland and implements a draft, pretty sure nobody will be eligible. His stupid EO about determining gender at conception technically makes everyone is a woman and his defense secretary believes women can’t serve in combat roles. 🤷♂️
