Thank you to Limerick Mental Health Association for this morning's fundraiser breakfast. It's so welcome to have people engaging in the conversation around mental health in the workplace 🙌 As a therapist I have seen toxic work culture increasingly come up as a major presenting issue for clients.
Delighted to have breakfast this morning with Cllr @shanehickeyomara.bsky.social to support Limerick Mental Health Association whose service numbers have seen a shocking jump from 860 in 2022 to 6071 in 2024

Really enjoyed deputising for the mayor at the #Limerick City Gallery of Art's 40th Anniversary event: a lecture by Delphine Munro, curator of 2022's BELONGING exhibit.

It was great to meet artist, & LSAD graduate, Niamh Schmidtke whose work was featured.
