I will also add: the MAGA chuds who are so happy right now will never find peace. They just won’t. Their entire self concept is wrapped up in an If/Then premise in which they can trigger the libs enough they will find meaning and joy. It won’t work. There will be a gay M&M or something.

This is what pisses me off too.
Among the many, many unconscionable things in this story is the fact that JD Vance is supposed to be representing the Haitian community of Springfield just as much as he is supposed to be representing their white neighbors. You are the senator for everyone living in your state.

Fun fact: every time I've been on MSNBC or CNN, I've had my chair lowered or the man next to me got his chair boosted, if I was taller. I don't care since I know Coach Walz is all about his running mate. But it was odd to see MVP so small. No way they'd let a man look like that.
