While defending the luddite argument in Discord, I stumbled into this IMO succinct explanation for opposing generative AI:

This is pretty much my stance on it, through and through, with the added caveat that tech companies are likely pushing it so hard, to get us dependant on it, so they can later price creep it upwards and gain new capital.

Been testing playing Vivi as a Commander on Arena today and wow, definitely evens the playing field. Claim the Firstborn and Magic Damper are gross with Vivi, but that makes sense with twiddle and haste effects. Damper being an untap and a protection spell is rotten though lmao #mtgarena
