It Stays With You - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Liam is reading a fantasy novel he found called Dragon Days. As he reads, he can vividly imagine the events of the book playing out. There is an elder wizard with a mustache that appears to be fighting a fearsome dragon. In the distance, the wizard's apprentice who looks a little like Liam watches. The book does not have favorable reviews but Liam has found a lot to enjoy about it. He feels a deep connection with the wizard's apprentice. He's also interested in this dragon. Panel 2 Liam's mother tells him that the time for reading has ended. Fern: Liam, it's time for sleep. Liam: Okay. Panel 3 Liam has put away Dragon Days. He is in bed and wondering what will happen next in the story. He begins to consider the different possibilities and where they might lead. Panel 4 Liam closes his eyes. His mind drifts back the book. As he falls asleep watches the events play out in his head. He sees the wizard's apprentice wield a magical staff and stare down the dragon. He might not be reading the book but he is still in its world. This is one of the many things that Liam loves about books.

Sweet & Salty - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher and his friends are all have ice cream. Gustopher: Here's the ice cream! Olivia: YES! Pass the salt! Panel 2 Liam and Hannah are mildly bewildered at this statement. Neither of them are sure why someone would want salt with their ice cream. Liam: Why do you need salt? Olivia: To salt the ice cream. Don't you all do that? Hannah: No. Olivia: That's weird. Panel 3 Olivia begins to seriously contemplate all the times she has had a ice cream. She has always put salt on her ice cream. Her mom and sister always puts salt on her ice cream. She's pretty sure her dad used to as well. She tries to recall a single incident of seeing someone from outside her family salt their ice cream. Panel 4 Olivia's mouth opens wide in shock as she comes to a horrifying realization. Olivia: AM I THE WEIRD ONE!? And no, Olivia is not weird. Salted Ice Cream is great and I strongly recommend giving it a try. All you need is a light a sprinkle. Let me know if you like it. Everyone thinks I'm weird because I salt my ice cream. I am weird but for entirely different reasons.

Weekend Plans - Gator Days
Panel 1 Nate, Iris, and August are on their lunch break and discussing weekend plans. It's very important to mention that Nate is enjoying a grilled cheese sandwich that has grown cold. Iris has a questionable substance for her own lunch. She is filled with regrets at the moment. Nate: Y'all got weekend plans? I'm going to a concert. Iris: Wine tasting and a dinner party. Panel 2 August is smiling because he knows he has both the superior lunch and plans. He's eating a pepperoni pizza that's dripping with cheese. Truthfully, it's not the best pizza out there but pizza is still pizza and beats out many other lunches by default. Yes, I have put far too much thought into what everyone is having for lunch. August: I'll be playing video games and watching cartoons with my son. Panel 3 Nate and Iris stare intensely at August. In the background are two motivational posters made by someone who has a passion for graphic design. One depicts a bee and it says "BEE MOTIVATE". The other depicts a rabbit eating a mysterious substance coming from a tube that says "FOOD". The rabbit indicates that he is enjoying this by saying "YUM". The poster says "LUNCH HARD WORK HARDER. On the table is the container that Iris' meal came in. It says "MYSTERY MEAL - MEAT FLAVORED". Mystery Meal comes in multiple exciting flavors such as "VEGGIE, BEAN, PLANT, and LICORICE". Panel 4 Nate's eyes widen in jealousy. Nate: Lucky. Iris: No need to brag. August smiles. He has a lot to appreciate about life at the moment.

The Plan - Gator Days
Panel 1 Ember raises her hands in the air triumphantly. She has just explained her master plan to her friends on how she will become rich and famous. Without going into great detail, it involves everyone liking her and giving her lots of money. Which she definitely deserves. Ember: AND THAT'S HOW I PLAN TO BECOME RICH AND FAMOUS! Panel 2 Ember turns to Grace and requests that her plan be read back to her. She already knows it's perfect but she wants to admire how perfect it is. Grace and Bolero have been drawing this whole time. Ember: GRACE, PLEASE READ THE PLAN BACK TO ME! Grace: OH!? Was I supposed to write it? Panel 3 Grace hands her drawing to Ember. It shows the three of them petting a giant cat and having a great time. Grace wrote her name in the bottom right corner and "Best FRiends" near the top. If you're curious, Bolero was drawing fish playing poker. Grace: I was drawing us petting a giant cat. Panel 4 Ember can't help but feel proud of Grace's art accomplishments. If there was a fridge, she would put it up on the fridge. Grace: THIS PLAN IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE!

Break Time - Gator Days
Panel 1 Iris has entered the break room where she finds August sitting on the ground in front of the coffee maker. She greets him. Iris: Hello August. August: Hello. Panel 2 After assessing the situation. Iris decides it's best ask what's going on. Iris: Why are you on the break room floor? August: I felt overwhelmed and sat. Iris: Gotcha. Panel 3 Not quite sure what to do next, Iris sits down on the floor with August. The two sit there silently for a while. The completely ignore the work place motivational posters. One shows two crudely drawn individuals high fiving. It says "LETS GIVE 200% GO TEAM". Another has a man with hashtags glued to palms and it says "WASH HAND B4 U RETURN TO WORK". These were clearly made by someone who has a passion for graphic design. Panel 4 Iris: I thought you were being weird but this is making me less stressed. August: It helps. It did help.

It's Snowing - Gator Days
Panel 1 Gustopher and Mewbert notice snow outside the window. It's the first time Gustopher has seen snow in a long time and he's filled with excitement. Gustopher: IT'S SNOWING! DAD! IT'S SNOWING! Panel 2 Gustopher throws his arms into the air in excitement. Gustopher: NO SCHOOL TOMORROW! I'm gonna play all day. I'M TOO EXCITED TO SLEEP! Panel 3 Gustopher pauses for a moment to watch the snow. He calms down a little as the flakes slowly make their way to the earth. Panel 4 Gustopher contently watches the snow with his cat. Life is beautiful.

Emotional Support Bro (Part 2) - Gator Days
Panel 1 Peyton is mixing some sort of mysterious green drink that likely tastes terrible when he notices Hank. He's happy to see Hank off of the couch and moving around. Peyton: BRO! You're off the couch! Hank: Depression was wrecking me so I decided to get up and move. Panel 2 Hank stands triumphantly and declares his big accomplishment for the day. Hank: I even went for a walk. Panel 3 Peyton is proud of what his room mate has done. Peyton: NICE! You're a champion Hank responds with a look of sadness on his face. Hank: I only walked for ten minutes. It was pathetic. Panel 4 Peyton leaves the mixer and grabs Hank's shoulders. He is determined to show his support and let Hank know that he's doing a good job. Peyton: BRO! Hank. Ten minutes is better than no minutes. Small steps are steps. You got this. Hank: I got this.
