Year 2022: Five furries are drawing together. The appearance of the characters are dictated by their artist's style. Sharp, swirly, monochromatic, bold, iridescent. Some are focused on their canvases. One is puzzled. Another is frustrated. A spectrum of struggles across a little group. A community. "Group draw time.." "Barxen's shapes are always daring and knife-sharp. I can tell it's him at a glance." "Mikyun's the opposite. Soft and quiet like he is. He doesn't realize he likes swirly shapes.." "Denden group up on comics and Newgrounds and that influence shows. His work is living nostalgia." "And Tivo's wanting to make webcomics. Her unique style's got it cut out for her. I haven't seen anything else like it." Year 2023 (the year genAI models came out): Sketch shows up to the group draw with the only one showing his work. The other furries have vastly 'improved' in their 3d forms, yet despite their different upbringings and inspirations/influences, look.. the same. They are not drawing.
