BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

I mean it’s healthcare if you can find a doctor- which on this level plan you can’t. In MA we had to go to blue cross at more than 3x what we were paying to be able to get a doctor- and that’s in a city.
