This is such a telling example of how the rich think. If the Catsimatidis sold their businesses, they would not disappear. Someone else would just operate the stores and receive the profits from them, instead of them.

The response to Zohran Mamdani's campaign reminds me of the stories I've heard from ambitious, optimistic Millennials (esp. BIPOC) whose ideas are repeatedly shot down by managers, are told they don't have enough experience to be leaders, and are constantly subjected to microaggressions and racism.
