This is not caused primarily by "screen time".

It's been caused by the mass eradication of third places for young people in basically every city over the past three decades - and a society that's hostile to the concept of teens socialising in public spaces.

This is not good enough.

See also the nudge-nudge-wink-wink support of people blowing up ULEZ cameras, or defences of the woman who called for arson, there has been a total breakdown of norms on the right against political violence.
This is a bit of a atretch/hope: there were 5 protests, with the largest two being up to 300 people, a total of around a thousand or so people.
