Over 10 years ago, I started an FB group as a joke between a couple of friends. Not long after, it transformed into an actual group of local artisan bread bakers.
Fuiyoh! First time making rice for egg-fried rice. Uncle Roger (Nigel NG) is my guru.
Rice today (gotta use day-old, haiyah!)
Tomorrow egg-fried rice with a few veggies which I’ll keep for lunches this week. I have assorted meats I’ve cooked, vacuum sealed, and frozen for some protein toppers. 🍚
