We always have a pasta course for TG and it’s always homemade pasta. I’ve been doing stuffed pastas for several years now but wanted to go back to basics with tagliatelle. Dressed with pistachio pesto, which was a big hit. Nothing like fresh pasta. 😎

Spin class was canceled for Labor Day so this old relic dusted off that old relic and went for a ride. Beautiful morning, no gear changing, no gear clatter, just the sound of birds and a good sweat. 😎
